This agreement is between you and ZenComply Technologies Pvt Ltd. (operating as “Enso”). By creating an account for use of the Enso services, you are unconditionally consenting to be bound by these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. You represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Enso reserves the right to modify these terms by posting an updated version. You accept updated terms when you log in and agree through that workflow.

Intellectual Property#

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in the Enso services — including but not limited to all intellectual property rights — remain the exclusive property of Enso.

Account Management#

Passwords and Security: You must establish your account with accurate, complete information and may not use third-party accounts without permission. You bear full responsibility for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must report any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by someone using your account without your permission.

Usage Grant: Enso grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the Enso services solely for the purpose of internally evaluating its suitability for your organization.

User Obligations: You must prevent unauthorized access and notify Enso of any security breaches. You may not:

  • Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercialize the service
  • Provide timesharing or service bureau access to third parties
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices from any materials
  • Copy features or functionality for unauthorized purposes
  • Transmit spam, unlawful, or malicious content
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt service integrity
  • Use our intellectual property to build competing products
  • Conduct benchmarking or comparative analysis without written consent
  • Develop open-source versions or derivative works

User Content#

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post to the Enso services and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Content includes information, data, text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, videos, messages, tags, interactive features, or any other materials you submit.

Confidentiality: Unless expressly stated otherwise, any content submitted by you through the Enso services shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. You warrant that you have the legal rights to submit such content and should not submit confidential information through general service channels.

Idea Submissions: Enso does not accept unauthorized idea submissions outside of established business relationships. Ideas disclosed without a prior confidential relationship are not protected, and Enso may therefore develop, use, and freely disclose or publish similar ideas without compensating you.

Content Restrictions#

You may not use the Enso services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities of any kind
  • Submit content for which you lack proper rights or permissions
  • Forge headers or manipulate identifiers
  • Submit false or defamatory content
  • Post illegal, obscene, threatening, pornographic, or harassing material
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or pyramid schemes
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliations
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Harm minors or violate child protection laws
  • Collect personal information from other users without consent
  • Submit content disparaging Enso or its partners

Enso reserves the sole right, but not necessarily the obligation, to delete at any time any content that violates these restrictions.

Liability Disclaimer#

Content Review: We generally do not review content posted by users. We do not endorse any user content or support any views, opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed therein.

No Responsibility: You agree not to hold us responsible in any way for your use of the Enso services, including your exposure to user-generated content.

Proprietary Rights#

Materials on the Enso services may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our prior written consent, except for downloading a single copy for personal, non-commercial use without modification.

Links to external sites do not indicate endorsement, and Enso assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of linked sites. You access external content at your own risk.

Warranty Disclaimer#

The Enso services and their contents are provided “as is.” Enso makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Enso be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

Termination and Suspension#

Enso may terminate or suspend the services or any part thereof without cause or liability. Termination may occur immediately upon violations of these terms, non-payment, legal requests, extended inactivity, technical issues, or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, your account and associated content may be deleted.

Governing Law#

Enso maintains its services in India and these terms are governed by Indian law, without reference to choice-of-law principles. You acknowledge that Enso may choose its preferred jurisdiction for any legal proceedings. You are responsible for compliance with local laws wherever you access the service.

Revenue should be explainable, auditable, and predictable.
