Finance is transitioning from a system of record to an autonomous system of action.

Legacy ERPs were built decades ago as databases to store accounting records, not execution engines to run operations. Meanwhile, modern B2B SaaS and AI companies run tiered pricing, complex negotiated contracts across multiple geographies. Enso is building the AI operating layer that connects contracts, billing, accounting, payments and collections into a continuous, real-time system.

**Our Mission:** To make the enterprise financial close continuous, automated, and mathematically verifiable.

**Our Vision:** An autonomous system of action for finance. We believe software, not headcount, should run the entire contract to cash lifecycle and finance teams move from spreadsheet reconciliation to focus entirely on capital allocation and growth.

## Built by Operators, Not Observers

Enso was founded by two ex-CFOs and veteran product builders who have scaled platforms at Carta, InMobi, Freecharge and HelloFresh. We have lived these problems as operators, not observers and you can reach out to us anytime to exchange notes, even if you're not in the market for a product yet.

### Founding Team

* **Sharat Khurana, Co-founder & CEO**  
  Founded ZenEquity (acquired by Carta). Formerly CFO at InMobi, Freecharge, and Sabre, and led portfolio strategy at Capital One. MBA. Sharat has sat in the CFO seat at companies ranging from high-growth startups to global financial institutions, navigating complex revenue operations and the realities of the financial close firsthand.

* **Vijay A M, Co-founder (COO)**  
  CFO at Mobile Premier League (MPL), Capillary Technologies, and Waterlife. Former EY, Chartered Accountant, and ISB MBA. Vijay brings over two decades of deep operational finance experience across consumer tech and enterprise SaaS—including at Capillary, now an Enso customer.

* **Ravdeep Singh, Co-founder (CPO)**  
  Product leadership roles at GoStudent, HelloFresh, Myntra, BookMyShow, McKinsey, and Freecharge. ISB MBA. Ravdeep is the product and engineering anchor at Enso, with a proven track record of architecting and shipping at scale across operationally complex consumer and enterprise platforms.

* **Mayur Virendra, Co-founder**  
  Former engineering leader at Beckn Protocol, Carta, ZenEquity, and Iglu Labs. Known for building products from scratch and scaling teams in high-growth environments, with strong operator mindset and deep exposure to SaaS pain points across revenue and finance workflows.
